5 No-Equipment Workouts You Can Do in 15 Minutes

5 min read · Foundly Editorial

"I don't have time" and "I don't have equipment" are the two most common reasons workouts get skipped — so here are five that need neither. Each takes about 15 minutes, uses just your body weight, and can be done in a bedroom-sized space.

Pick one, not all five — consistency with one beats burning out trying to do everything at once.

1. Bodyweight Circuit

10 squats, 10 push-ups (knees down is fine), 10 lunges each leg, 30-second plank. Repeat the circuit 3 times. Full-body, no equipment, and it's over before you've had time to talk yourself out of it.

2. Wall Sit + Core Combo

45-second wall sit, then 15 slow bicycle crunches, then 30-second plank. Rest 30 seconds, repeat 3 rounds. This one's brutal on the legs and core in a short amount of time — great for days you're low on motivation but still want to feel it.

3. Stair or Step Cardio

If you have any stairs (even 2-3 steps), step up-and-down for 1 minute, rest 30 seconds, repeat 8 times. Simple, gets your heart rate up fast, and needs zero setup.

4. Glute Bridge Burnout

20 glute bridges, then hold the last one for 30 seconds, then 20 more. Great for anyone who sits most of the day — this one directly counters that.

5. Standing Full-Body Flow

10 jumping jacks, 10 standing knee-to-elbow twists, 10 squat-to-reach (squat down, reach up on the way up). Repeat 4 rounds. No floor work needed — good for small spaces or when you don't want to get down on the ground.

The honest truth: the "best" workout is the one you'll actually do. Fifteen minutes, three times a week, done consistently, beats an hour-long routine you do once and abandon.
